AustCham China is collaborating with Raffles Hospital Beijing to launch a themed Healthcare Event Series for the second half of 2026, bringing together practical health education and professional medical expertise. The series will feature bilingual lectures, popular science case sharing, frontier medical insights, and interactive health consultations, covering a range of topics relevant to professionals, families and the wider community.
The inaugural session will take place on 29 August 2026, focusing on "Ergonomics & Workplace Injury Prevention" and "Stress Management & Mental Health Regulation". The first part of the session will be run by Jaco Ras, RCH Regional Head of Raffles Rehabilitation Centre and Physiotherapist. Guests will get an interactive Ergonomics education & posture correction guidance, as well as self-prevention and relief techniques for common workplace pain. The second part will be run by Zhang Qing, Psychotherapist, discussing stress identification, science-based relaxation methods, emotional regulation and mental wellbeing strategies.
